Connectivity and privacy
Camera, voice and remote functions depend on the feeder, App service, phone, permissions and network availability. Use a unique password and position the camera so it does not capture private areas unrelated to pet feeding.

Does the camera record continuously?
No. The camera records short clips when motion is detected near the feeder. You can also open live view anytime from the app.
Can I view from multiple phones?
Yes. Share access through the TendraPet app with family members or pet sitters. Each person uses their own login.
Does the camera work at night?
Yes. Infrared night vision activates automatically in low light. You’ll see a clear black-and-white image even in complete darkness.
Is there a subscription fee?
No. All recordings save to your own microSD card (not included). No cloud subscription. The app is free.
Can I talk to my pet through it?
Yes. Two-way audio lets you speak and listen. Call your pet to meals or reassure them when you’re away.
