Frequently Asked Questions
How many meals per day can I schedule?
Up to 10 meals per day with individual portion sizes of 1-20 portions each. Total capacity is 4L (about 17 cups of dry kibble).
Can it work without WiFi?
Yes. Once a feeding schedule is set via the app, it runs locally on the feeder’s internal clock. WiFi is only needed to change settings or manually trigger a feeding.
What size kibble works?
Dry kibble up to 15mm diameter. Works with most standard cat and small-to-medium dog food. Not for wet food or oversized large-breed kibble.
Does it have battery backup?
Yes. Three D-cell batteries (not included) provide backup power. If the power goes out, scheduled feeding continues uninterrupted.
How do I clean it?
The food tank, lid, and bowl are detachable and dishwasher-safe (top rack). Wipe the base with a damp cloth. Clean every 2-4 weeks.
