These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tendrapet.com and purchases from the TendraPet online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Store Availability
TendraPet currently accepts consumer orders for delivery within the United States. We may change product availability, pricing, promotions, and store features at any time.
Product Information
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices, compatibility details, and specifications. Colors and appearance may vary by screen or production batch. Smart features may require compatible Wi-Fi, a mobile device, third-party services, or an application as stated on the product page.
Orders and Payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, address limitations, or other reasonable causes. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is 6–12 days after dispatch and is not guaranteed. Full details are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be made within 7 calendar days after delivery. Buyers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. Approved return addresses are provided individually by customer support. See our Return and Refund Policy.
Warranty
Eligible products include a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. See our Warranty Policy.
Responsible Product Use
Follow all setup, cleaning, food, water, electrical, supervision, and safety instructions. TendraPet products support routine pet care but do not replace appropriate supervision, veterinary advice, or emergency planning.
Acceptable Website Use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, copy protected content for commercial use, or use the store for unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
The TendraPet name, website design, text, graphics, photographs, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be used without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TendraPet is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
