12-Month Limited Warranty
TendraPet products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the original delivery date. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
What Is Covered
Covered issues may include a confirmed failure of the feeder or fountain’s core electrical or mechanical components during the warranty period, subject to inspection and reasonable troubleshooting.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts such as filters
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, improper cleaning, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow instructions
- Damage caused by unsuitable power supplies, voltage, networks, water exposure outside intended use, or third-party accessories
- Products purchased from an unauthorised seller or without valid proof of purchase
How to Make a Claim
Email x17688137822@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We may request reasonable troubleshooting before approving a remedy.
Available Remedies
For an approved claim, TendraPet may provide troubleshooting, a replacement part, repair, replacement product, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law. The appropriate remedy depends on the confirmed issue and product availability.
Consumer Rights
This limited warranty is provided in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
