Where We Ship
TendraPet currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Product availability may vary by destination and inventory.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery within the United States is 6–12 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, address issues, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our control may cause delays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. The first carrier scan may take time to appear after dispatch. Contact x17688137822@gmail.com if you need assistance.
Shipping Charges and Taxes
Any shipping charge and applicable sales tax will be shown at checkout before payment. TendraPet does not separately collect import duties for orders shipped within the United States.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
